This is a cute little bird found in my Mother-in-laws garden. I have been a bit obsessed with birds since this adventure began and have looked endlessly at adorable birds on other peoples work--all clothing related. It was nice to see something three dimensional that I might be able to re-create. Stay tuned.
Gratitudes:
1) Life. After so much travel in these last weeks, and of course picturing us never making it home, I am happy to just be alive. We are so lucky.
2) Good friends sharing their talents with me.
3) Appetite. I have had the stomach bug for the past 48 hours and am so excited to have my appetite back; maybe tomorrow.
